You can activate your Windows or Office license directly through the official activation menu:
- Windows: Settings > System > Activation
- Office: Open any Office app and sign in or enter the product key when prompted

Can I activate the key more than once?
It depends on the product type.
Most Microsoft licenses are one-time activation per device unless otherwise specified. The product page will always list the activation type and device limit.
What proof do I need if something is not working?
To help you quickly and accurately, our support team may request:
- Screenshots of the activation error
- Full screenshots showing the product version installed
- Any other relevant information needed to verify the problem
If sensitive info appears, you can cover it using any screenshot tool.
I did not receive my email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If the email is not there, simply log in to your Keylify account and open the Orders section to view all your purchased keys. If you still need help, contact our support team and we will resend it manually.
