First, check your spam or promotions folder. If the email is not there, simply log in to your Keylify account and open the Orders section to view all your purchased keys. If you still need help, contact our support team and we will resend it manually.

All products on Keylify.com are digital. No physical packages are shipped. You will receive your key and instructions electronically.

You can purchase as a guest, but creating an account is recommended. Accounts allow you to reaccess your product keys anytime, even if your email is lost or deleted.

You can activate your Windows or Office license directly through the official activation menu:

  • Windows: Settings > System > Activation
  • Office: Open any Office app and sign in or enter the product key when prompted

Full activation instructions are included with every order.

Since all products on Keylify.com are digital and delivered instantly, returns or refunds are not possible. Before paying, customers go through several confirmation steps to ensure the order is correct.

If there is an issue with the product, a replacement is possible in the following cases:
