Keylify operates an online platform that facilitates the sale of digital Product Keys, including software and game activation keys.

Keylify is operated by a company registered in the United States.

Keylify acts as:

  • An online platform and facilitator
  • An intermediary between customers and independent third-party vendors

Products offered on the platform are supplied by independent vendors, including vendors operating from the United States and other jurisdictions.


3. Products Offered

Keylify offers digital products only, including but not limited to:

  • Software Product Keys
  • Game Product Keys
  • Digital activation codes

No physical goods are sold or shipped.


4. Digital Delivery

  • All Product Keys are delivered electronically
  • Delivery methods may include:
    • On-screen display after successful payment
    • Email delivery
    • Customer account dashboard (if applicable)

Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in certain cases.


5. Product Key Usage & Activation

  • Product Keys are intended for activation on the relevant platform or software
  • Activation rules, limitations, and usage rights are determined solely by the publisher or platform provider
  • Keylify does not control third-party publisher systems and is not responsible for:
    • Publisher policy changes
    • Account bans or restrictions
    • Region or platform limitations imposed by publishers

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.


6. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Due to the nature of digital Product Keys, all sales are final, except in the following cases:

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • The Product Key is invalid
  • The Product Key cannot be activated and troubleshooting has failed
  • An incorrect Product Key was delivered

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The Product Key has been successfully activated
  • The customer purchased the wrong product
  • The customer changed their mind
  • Activation issues are caused by:
    • Incompatible systems
    • Publisher or platform restrictions
    • Customer account issues
    • Hardware or software problems unrelated to the Product Key

Proof of issue (screenshots or error messages) may be required.


7. Payments

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers
  • Keylify does not store full payment card information
  • Pricing may be displayed exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout where required

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

Keylify reserves the right to:

  • Delay or withhold delivery for fraud review
  • Cancel and refund suspicious transactions
  • Restrict or terminate access for fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Refuse service in cases of excessive chargebacks or policy violations

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Keylify support prior to initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of access to future purchases
  • Submission of transaction evidence to payment processors

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners.

Keylify does not claim ownership of any third-party software, games, or platforms.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Keylify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product Key

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keylify from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of Product Keys
  • Violation of publisher or platform terms
  • Breach of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.


14. Changes to Terms

Keylify reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
