1. General Policy
Keylify sells digital Product Keys, including software and game activation keys.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, except where explicitly stated below.
No physical products are sold and therefore no physical returns are possible.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
A refund or replacement may be issued only in the following cases:
- The Product Key provided is invalid
- The Product Key cannot be activated, and reasonable troubleshooting has failed
- An incorrect Product Key was delivered
In such cases, Keylify may, at its discretion:
- Replace the Product Key
or - Issue a refund to the original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be granted in the following situations:
- The Product Key has been successfully activated
- The wrong product was purchased by the customer
- The customer changed their mind after delivery
- The Product Key was exposed, redeemed, or linked to an account
- Activation issues caused by:
- Incompatible system or platform
- Regional or publisher restrictions
- Customer account limitations or bans
- Hardware, operating system, or software issues unrelated to the Product Key
- Third-party platform policy changes
4. Verification Requirements
To evaluate a refund or replacement request, Keylify may require:
- Screenshots or screen recordings of the activation error
- Error codes or messages
- Confirmation that the Product Key has not been redeemed
Failure to provide requested verification may result in denial of the request.
5. Timeframe for Requests
- Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Requests submitted outside this period may not be eligible
6. Marketplace & Vendor Fulfillment
- Product Keys are supplied by independent third-party vendors
- Keylify facilitates support and resolution on behalf of vendors
- Final resolution depends on verification and vendor confirmation
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Keylify support before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of access to future purchases
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
8. Taxes and Fees
Refunds, where applicable, will reflect the original transaction amount.
Processing fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable.
9. Policy Abuse
Keylify reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests
- Abuse of the refund policy
- Fraudulent behavior
10. Policy Updates
This Refunds & Returns Policy may be updated at any time.
