In rare cases when a specific title is not immediately available, delivery may take between 5 and 20 minutes while our support team attaches the key to your order. Once processed, you will receive the key along with activation instructions for platforms such as Steam, EA App, Ubisoft Connect, Epic Games, or others depending on the product.

If you selected the wrong product by mistake, contact our support team immediately. While refunds are not possible (since digital items cannot be returned), we may assist with a replacement if the key has not been activated and our team can verify the case.
